If there is a problem with anything you purchased from us we will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund. We do not accept refunds once the order has been processed and shipped, however if there are any changes to your order or you wish to cancel before it has been sent that is not a problem.
We have 2 ways in which you can pay. Our most common form of payment is through Viva Wallet which accepts Visa, Mastercard and most major credit and debit card companies. As well as card payments we also accept bank transfers, please bare in mind we have to wait for the payment to reach us before we can ship your order. Transfer details are available after you have completed checkout.
Put a pouch under your lip(either side) kick back and relax. You may feel a tingling/burning sensation, this is the nicotine being released, this sensation only lasts a short period of time and will become more tolerable after more use.
All our products contain either CBD, Nicotine or Tobacco which means you have to be over the age of 18 to purchase from our store.
First check your spam folder to see if the email has arrived there. Also check whether the amount has been debited from your account. If so, there is a good chance that the order has has been accepted. Please contact us if you have not had an email and we will update you with the status of your order.
Due to EU law and regulations the sale of Snus is banned within the EU except for Sweden. Fortunately there are 2 alternatives we offer. Nicotine pouches provide the same nicotine rush but without the use of tobacco. We also sell chew bags which are made from tobacco and are similar to Swedish snus however they are designed for chewing just like chewing tobacco.

Please bare in mind we only ship on working days the cut off for same day dispatch is 3PM. In the unlikely event your order has been misplaced please contact us and we can arrange a redelivery or refund.
We have weekly shippings from our suppliers and most of our products have an expiry date of a year, however it's best to use the product within a week of opening. Storing your pouches under 8°c in a refrigerator or freezer means the flavour and potency will remain.
